Females range from $3000-$4500

Non-refundable Holding fee to reserve a puppy is $500 which is deducted from the total price. The full remaining Balance is due at pick up.

Many people question if they can pick out, see, or play with their puppies before they are ready to go at 8-weeks-old. The answer to the question is NO. There are several reasons why we do not let anyone around the new puppies from birth to 8 weeks – all to protect our dogs and your puppy. 

First, it is extremely stressful for the mom to have strangers visit as she is caring for her new babies,  which will be causing stress on the new born pups. Remember, you are one of many who are getting a pup, not including everyone else who “just wants to peek at the new babies.” 

Like a new baby, they are vulnerable…the opportunity for young pups to pick up any parasites or infectious diseases is increased with all new contacts. Their immune systems are building, so at this time, the moms and pups live in a whelping area which have controlled temperatures and are separate from all outside traffic. Most illnesses and diseases are innocently carried on people’s shoes and clothing. Entire litters of puppies can be wiped out within 48 hours. 

Example :PARVO - This disease could be picked up unknowingly by people in a park, or simply walking on a sidewalk, and this is only one disease. We cannot risk exposing our dogs and your puppy to diseases that could destroy them.

Yorkies Come in many shapes and sizes. Some of Their colors change drastically aswell. We do NOT breed for tinies. Sometimes we will get Tiny babies, but we don’t aim to.  We don’t guarantee nor will any ethical breeder guarantee a weight. We can guess from the parents but Pups can take after other family members. It’s like human kids we can assume kids will take after the parents but never know for certain. 

Yorkies don’t have fur, they are hypoallergenic and have human like hair, that needs to be kept up with and Brushed, so it doesn’t Mat up. 

Yes, they are trained to go on their pee pad, in their confined safe space, like a Pup Play Pen. We use Mesh grate pad holders to hold down the pee pad, because they have a blast tearing up the Pee Pads. They are Easy to take outside and Spray down with the hose.  

99.9% of breeders (especially us) won’t bring them outside before leaving their home, they aren’t vaccinated. allowing free roaming is giving them a huge amount of space it will be up to you to potty train them outside of their designated area. Inside of a pen (ours is 6x3) they WILL go on their pee pad.
